Pequenita Delicias is not responsible for delivery delays, theft, misdelivery, or parcels that are lost after being transferred to Canada Post, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Pequenita Delicias is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
